New Zealand artist Lordehas announced yet more dates and venue changes for her upcoming North American tour this fall. The 16 year old singer/songwriter has also confirmed that UK artist Until The Ribbon Breaks (full band) will be the direct support on this highly anticipated 8 day stint. The tour is set to commence on the west coast at the prestigious Fonda Theater on 09/24 and wind up east, making 2 stops at the legendary Webster Hall in NYC (extra date added), another at Brooklyn’s Warsaw and finishing up at the Danforth Music Hall in Toronto (show upgraded from the Hoxton).
After a whirlwind trip to the U.S earlier this month, having sold out shows in both New York City and Los Angeles, Lorde announced she will be releasing her debut album ‘PURE HEROINE’ in North America on 09/30 via Lava/Republic Records.Her current single ‘Royals’ continues to dominate the Billboard charts, recently solidifying the young artist as the first female artist to top the Billboard’s Nielsen BDS-based Alternative Radio chart in 17 years.
