Roman Remains (Toby and Liela from The Duke Spirit) are performing the Second Show of their Sayers Club Residency Tonight - February 13th!
The duo's full-length debut, Zeal, will be released March 4th on Dhani Harrison's H.O.T. Records Ltd. and he's joining them on keys for this February residency every Thursday of the month. They're touring to SXSW with Gary Numan and Big Black Delta starting in March (dates below). Their first show ever last week blew me away. It was like Bjork meets Zola Jesus meets early NIN.
Liela's been on a whirlwind trip at New York Fashion Week, and is back just in time for the second show tonight. She's Philip Lim's muse and her style inspired Alexander McQueen's 2009 fashion line for Target. Total mystical babe. If you can make it out let me know - I expect big things to come!
