The Faint's new video for "Scapegoat" from Doom Abuse, the band's first new studio album in six years.Stereogum premiered the video, which was directed by Harrison Martin, and said, "[it] carries the same vibes as the music, beginning as a claustrophobic basement rave scene that will at random moments accelerate to dizzying fast-motion as quickly as it will just freeze in place. It makes for a video that's as chaotic as an amusement park ride."
The Faint's critically acclaimed new album Doom Abuse is available now in the SQE online store and digitally via iTunes. Filter said, "Doom Abuse is a cathartic slap in the face from a band that sounds completely revitalized after its multi-year slumber" whileNME added, "Doom Abuse is pure synth-popg mania." Line Of Best Fit raved, "Doom Abuse is one of the most compelling albums of early 2014; one of the best records of the year so far."
